Where exactly are you located?
We are located on the South Mall, Cork City, right in the heart of the business district. We are open Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 15.00.
Is the menu the same as Man Friday in Kinsale?
While we share the same DNA and commitment to quality, the South Mall location is a specialized deli and café. Our menu is designed for city dining—think premium sandwiches, vibrant salad bowls, and specialty coffee—whereas our Kinsale sister site remains a full-service restaurant.
How does your office delivery service work?
We offer direct delivery to businesses on the South Mall and the immediate surrounding areas.
Individual Orders: Please place your order via our website by 10:30 AM for same-day lunch delivery.
Corporate Catering: For larger sandwich platters or meeting catering, we require 24 hours’ notice.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We offer a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options daily. Most of our home-made salads are naturally gluten-free, and we always have alternative milk options for coffee. Please note any specific allergies in the “Comments” section when ordering online.
Can I book a table?
Our South Mall deli operates primarily on a walk-in basis with limited seating for those who wish to eat in. For larger groups or corporate lunch bookings, please contact us directly via email.
Everything is home-made—what does that mean?
It means we don’t buy in pre-packaged fillings or generic dressings. We roast our own meats, whisk our own vinaigrettes, and bake our own treats and soda bread every single morning right here in the deli.
